Leading Europe’s transformation toward patient-first, privacy-preserving, and AI-driven healthcare.
Nima Salami is a computer scientist and privacy-by-design technologist leading OASYS NOW’s mission to make personalized healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere. His work sits at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and medicine, where he has spent years researching and developing secure frameworks for data sharing in healthcare. These frameworks enable hospitals and researchers to safely utilize sensitive data for the public good while ensuring privacy and compliance.
Nima’s belief in privacy-preserving innovation is personal. After fleeing Iran with his family, he saw his mother’s chronic health condition repeatedly misdiagnosed because her medical history was lost each time they crossed a border. That experience shaped his vision: a world where health data can follow the patient, not the other way around.
At OASYS NOW, that vision is becoming real. The company’s platform connects clinical knowledge, medical literature, and EHR data through AI-assisted matching, helping physicians and patients discover the most suitable treatment options, from existing medicines to clinical trials, based on real-world data.
Nima leads with firm conviction: that technology’s highest purpose is to restore trust between patients, doctors, and the systems meant to serve them. Hence, OASYS NOW is building not just software, but infrastructure for a fairer, more informed, and more hopeful future in healthcare.
