My work spans human and animal health, sustainable agriculture, and emerging technologies, with a focus on strategy, leadership, and organisational transformation.

I bring over twenty years of international experience across entrepreneurship, global corporate leadership, and academia — combining strategic insight with operational rigour. My career includes founding and advising ventures through uQinisa, leading cross-country operations at Boehringer Ingelheim, and contributing to clinical, research, and teaching programmes.

Having worked on all continents — including Canada, Colombia, South Africa, Uganda, Norway, Germany, Vietnam, and Australia — I bring cultural agility and a deep understanding of how to build trust and inspire, align, and lead diverse teams in complex, multicultural environments.
